Hi, awesome people!
This is how I conquered my adventurous day. My day will intrigue you and thrill you so that you want to keep reading about it. To tell you all the truth, my day didn't officially begin until midnight on Thursday, February 14th. I had finished up everything related to my work and was in the process of packing my belongings. By 12:30 am, I aimed to be on my way out.
I said my goodbyes to my cousin and his buddies, who all wanted me to bring souvenirs for them. Brazil has a craze for football, as Indians have a craze for cricket. They all requested Jerseys and footballs to be brought back with me. Finally, I went to the airport. Getting through airport immigration took an infuriating 45 minutes, and God! It felt like forever.
I was already pretty tired due to the medicines I had to take. My foot was infected pretty badly, making me feel as if there was a giant hole in it. Kind of Ironic, right? I was going to a land where people built up skills in their legs, and I would face difficulty in the most basic thing, yes! Walking! Due to the meds, I found myself feeling very drowsy and sleepy. By the time I finished the annoying clearing process, it was around 2. 30 a.m.
Then, hush, Finally! Around 3:10 a.m., we finally began checking in, and after that, I made my way to the airport terminal where our aircraft would leave. It felt like the airplane seats were waiting for me, so I could finally sleep in their comfort. As you know, our flight was headed to Brazil. We flew over our Mumbai, which was shining in different lights, making me feel like I saw stars on the ground instead of the sky. Our first flight was headed from Doha.
The flight to Doha took four hours. Those 4 hours were like the most relaxing hours for me. I failed to watch anything because my eyes grew heavier than an anchor as I craved more and more sleep. They provided us with food, which I'm sure was super good and yummy. But do you know? I can't even recall what we ate.HEHE! I know, silly me. I slept during the whole trip as a sturdy log since the medication I took had finally taken effect and plus because I JUST WANTED SLEEP!!. Instead of watching the show I had planned, I ate and went to sleep. I'm sure, friends, I dreamed of the show I wanted to watch. The only difference might have been that I was the hero, and Flight was my enemy.
The pilot awakened us around forty minutes before takeoff with the realization which screamed to me, wake up, man, just lose that damn sleep! It was morning, and we all found our destination, but(sigh) I had to depart quickly again. We parted ways quickly and quietly. Through security, I was issued a new boarding card and made my way to my seat at 08:00 a.m.
Felt like such a pleasant time, and what a morning that was! We had landed in Doha. Immediately at 8:10 a.m., we left Doha for Sao Paulo for our second and final flight. With the recharged energy, I responded to several direct messages, tweets, and emails piled up. After then, I saw the plane soar into the sky, tearing the sky and making way for us to fly. The flight duration of this time was a whopping 14 hours. But thank God! Actually, thank me, as I had booked a comfortable seat where I could extend my legs, infected and non-infected both.
At that moment, I chose to relax and enjoy the ride. To just be. I was relieved to know I pulled off the booking of the highest class, so close to the exit gate in case of an emergency. That was a beautiful, soul-enriching, peaceful 14-hour journey. The staff fed us four times. Yeah, I realized that on these flights itself, I might have gained more weight than necessary. Basically, I napped three times, and all of them were lovely. This travel was convenient since I could take my medication with me. I ate some mouth-pleasing paneer as my first treatment. Buttery, soft, smooth Chicken was my main course for the second time this week. Lastly, on the third occasion, I decided to try something new and wasn't disappointed. Chips and popcorn were provided for us. Imagine you are in a dream where constantly, everything you could desire was out there. This dream, you see, I was living in reality, thanks to money! My stress kicked in as I ate so much making me push myself to get up and move about every hour and a half.
I managed to finish watching a couple of the things throughout this flight. First, I saw the film Amsterdam. After that, I jumped to the evergreen Wakanda forever. Then I binged on three hours of just pure Elon Musk. Guys! Everything he does is completely insane and mind-boggling. He is a genius of his own unique tree.
Yes! I took a breath of victory as it had taken me a while, but I finally made it to Brazil. Almost half an hour was added to the scheduled arrival time of our flight. Ok, so this is the 15th, right, everyone? Hence, at 17.30 p.m., I arrived in São Paulo. It took us maybe twenty-five minutes to go through immigration. That felt like a reward deserved and made me happy. To top it all off, I made it through immigration with a stamp and a 90-day visa.
Since I had a transfer flight to Fortaleza, I needed to exchange some money. But I was not carrying any money at that moment. When I exchanged some of my money, the exchange rate and commission they offered me were quite low. For example, although the Google rate is 5.2 real(s) to $1, they only provided 4.7 rials to $1 plus a $6 charge. Wasn't I being looted? That too this transparently? It was absurd, to say the least. So, naturally, I didn't go through with it.
I headed directly to the LATAM Airlines terminal and checked my luggage at their station. My flight time was again the same; it was at 8:00 AM and again at 8:00 PM. I checked in, and our aircraft left swiftly, with the estimated time it would take to reach being about three hours. I'll unfold the mystery; I was headed to Alleza, in northern Brazil. I got on the plane and, again, with my purity and love towards sleep, slept the whole way there. Come on, guys! You know this as well as I do, no? Work when working, and just rest while resting.
We arrived at approximately 11:30 p.m., and I immediately called an Uber. My Uber took me directly to my Airbnb. A great acquaintance of mine, Fernando, rented this Airbnb. Once I arrived, the woman who picked me up paid the Airbnb fare with a click. In this country, the Clicks system works as the UPI system. After a long journey, I finally arrived at the location I set off to, and the time was nearly 2:00 a.m. My head was shaking, shaking, and shaking some more. Honestly, I had no idea what was going on in my life right then. It seemed like I had come back to life after hallucinating about life.
All in all, I and my spirit were back as new. I explained to myself that this, dude, this right there, is what people like to call jet lag. I have to take a cab to Jericoacoara tomorrow, which will take at least five hours and give my eyes an eyegasm when I reach there with its exclusive natural beauty. That's where all the Bitcoin Brazil fun was taking place at. My friend Fernando paid for the whole cost of my plane ticket for me to go from India to Brazil for the carnival. Now, Bitcoin was exactly why I had come.
I kickstarted my new adventure right away on Day 1 of Lightning America. Cheers to hoping that works out.
Furthermore, today's bitcoin price is something you should record. Find out how much Bitcoin costs in USD, and you will find it to be around $24,600. The price of Bitcoin has risen from $21,500 to $24,500. I can't believe it. It's such a thrill to hear that news! Unfortunately, my friends, this is the end of today. Here are my exciting adventures for the time being. I'll see you next time.
